Data from a tracer injection experiment from Yamamori lab, RIKEN BSI, has been registered to the Marmoset Reference Brain and processed for viewing using ZAViewer. The dataset includes reference MRI T2 and Nissl data, and individual MRI T2, color fractional anisotropy (FA), and tracer injection.

Color FA has been created using the following convention: red->left/right direction; green->anterior/posterior direction; blue->superior/inferior direction.
