An example movie to demonstrate the axonal projections from the prefrontal cortex to various brain regions in 3D representation. In this example, widespread ipsilateral projections to orbitofrontal, and parietal cortices, as well as to contralateral cortices can be observed. In addition, dense projection to caudate nucleus and thalamic MD nucleus can be also observed.
